LA International have recently been awarded a million pound portfolio of work with a public sector client based in Leeds.

We are seeking a Toolset specialist to ensure the design is completed and realised within the toolset, as the ITSM Architect you will provide retrospective design review and consultation to ensure toolset implementation is fit for purpose and as vanilla and lean as possible.

The ITSM Architect will undertake all solution design activities and work with the delivery partners to ensure each phase of implementation is realised on time and to the requirements.

The Role covers all areas of the ITSM Toolset; Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalogue, Discovery Tools, CMDB, Asset, Self-Service, Integrations and Data.

Responsibilities of ITSM Architect:

* Assuring the design and implementation against the requirements and ensuring it is fit for purpose

* Supporting the delivery partner in technical implementation

* Governance of all things toolset during implementation

* Solution Design

* Integration Design and Consultant
