Project Manager - Operational Change

We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Purpose/ Summary:

This role focuses on planning, coordinating and implementing project activities which ensure customer and operational readiness and drives product launches, enhancements and/or other strategic transformational changes throughout the business.

The role is responsible for drafting, coordinating and driving the execution of plans across a large group of stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with a focus on making the change a smooth and positive experience for the business and in particular where the change relates to the customer experience. The role will demonstrate key competencies in planning, project management, leading project teams, stakeholder engagement, customer focus and driving results.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

* Create and execute plans for projects which drive business, operational and/or business systems' changes and/or customer migration activities to meet the strategic objectives

* Plan, co-ordinate and lead cross-functional team activities to:

* Enable the customers to trial, subscribe, access and use the new or updated products and/or enable other transformational changes.

* Ensure that the customers are kept informed about product launches, updates or changes, how each launch, update or change will affect them and when the changes will occur.

* Ensure that the appropriate tools, processes and people are in place to support the customers' access to and use of new or updated products or other changes.

* Reporting progress regularly to stakeholders.

* Monitor risks and issues and mitigate impact.

Key Relationships:

The role will operate in a matrix environment with no direct reports, and will need to build relationships, communicate closely with and influence individuals and teams throughout the organisation globally.

Key Skills:

* Experience working on Business projects (rather than tech projects)

* Change Management experience would be ideal

* Operational readiness

* Stakeholder engagement

* Commercial experience is highly desirable
