Problem and Incident Analyst - ITIL
My client is seeking a Problem and Incident Analyst to be responsible for the effective delivery of ITIL aligned Incident and Problem Management processes. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Service Desk in the implementation of team, departmental and business wide service improvement plans. You will support all key activities required to ensure the performance of the Incident and Problem Management processes are measured and reported accurately. You will also be key in operating the proactive monitoring of incident and problem management performance, managing exceptions and errors through to successful completion or resolution. You will ideally have experience within a matured shared services or Commercial IT services operation and experience of the ITIL framework.
