VME/Cobol Developer - Reading - 3-6 Month Contract

My client, a global technology consultancy are looking for a number of Cobol Developers to join them on a large programme of work in Reading. The role can offer a competitive daily rate on an initial 3-6 month contract basis.

Role Background:

* The role will be assisting a large Brexit programme to assist with a number of changes that need to be made to customer applications.

* The primary function of the role is to take on a number of application changes.

Required Skills:

* Candidates should be well versed with the following tools and technologies;

* VME

* Cobol

* TPMS

* IDMSX

* Candidates should also be well versed with C Programming.

* The client has also expressed an interest in candidates who have worked within the Public Sector or in a highly regulated environment.

* As part of the on boarding process candidates should be eligible and willing to undergo a background check and vetting process.
