Engineering Manager (Food Manufacturing)

£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Healthcare + Pension

Are you an engineering manager from a food manufacturing background looking for a highly autonomous role where you lead a team of supervisors, engineers and on-going LEAN projects?

This is a role with great responsibility where you will have full autonomy to drive the engineering department forward. The successful candidate must have experience in the foods industry and PPM Change Management.

The company are a world leading foods manufacturer and want to continue growing and dominating more markets. They are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager from the foods industry to take them to the next level.

In this role you will manage a team of 17, taking a hands on approach in developing PPM programmes and managing cradle to grave LEAN projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a reputable manufacturer in a highly autonomous role and would suit an experienced Engineering Manager with Food experience.
