Excellent role available for a contracts manager from a building services or closely related background. This position is with a nationally recognised contractor where you will take on a senior role, with room to progress and develop in the business.
This company work closely with the largest building contractors in the UK, managing the installation of Building Services Contracts. They work across all industries, including Commercial, Residential and Health, and are well trusted as they use their own internal staff instead of subcontractors. They are now looking for a senior contracts manager who can develop and progress in the business.
In this role you will take on a range of responsibilities, managing your own team and projects, with the opportunity to grow and develop your section. The work could include Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. The company have a steady base of repeat clients and you will ensure contracts requirements are met by the installation team, on time and within budget.
This role would ideally suit an experienced contracts manager with experience working in a building services or construction environment who is looking to develop their career.
The Role
* Planning, Scheduling and Organising Work
* Ensuring Requirements are met on time and on budget
* Meeting with Clients and Architects to understand requirements
* £50000 - £60000 +Bonus, Vehicle, Progression
The Person
* Educated to HNC or Equivalent in Building Services
* Experience as a contract manager
* Looking to progress with a company
* Comfortable visiting sites and meeting with clients
