A fast growing bespoke Software Development company are looking for a Product Lead to build their eCommerce capacity working towards a SaaS model. You'll take control of their eCommerce offering, working with the technical teams to put together what these offerings will look like. This role will include a significant amount of international travel (less than 50% time in the UK)

Bridging the gap between Delivery and Sales - collaborating with various leaders and stakeholders within the business. Working with Product director to ensure the solutions are the best in the market, working with Sales and end users to drive growth from existing and new business.

Working directly with both clients and internal delivery teams to implement solutions and customer experience. Ensuring deployment plans are accurate and constantly measure to improve where possible.

Creating cutting edge customer experience through product design, user experience, wireframes and prototypes to visualise the impact your solutions have in the market.

Key experience:

* Product focused, ideally in SaaS

* Delivery of ecommerce solutions / software

* Experience driving sales, margin's and P&L's in an eCommerce team

* Strong customer facing skills - communication, stakeholder management, implementation knowledge

* Available for international travel
