Excellent role on offer for an experienced CNC Programmer looking to progress their careers coming off the tools into a production engineering role.

Do you have experience with programming CNC mills and or Lathes? Do you want to become the companies go to person in production helping drive the company forward?

This company are a high end precision machining company, manufacturing components for aerospace, marine, medical and other specialist industries. They process prototype, low to medium batch production in aluminium, engineering plastics, stainless and tool steels.

The company continually invest in their staff, as well as the site, having the latest technology and machines available. They are aggressively expanding and are looking to move site soon, which will be twice in the past 10years due to impressive growth.

In this role you will you are accountable for the production preparation of orders ready in advance of manufacture to ensure consistent quality, to maximise production efficiency and on time delivery of the items being manufactured. You will work alongside senior management, customers and internal departments in this standalone role.
