Application SAP HR Trainer

Working for the UK's Leading Engineering Support Services organisation as part of their Corporate Services Division, an Application HR Trainer is required to join a Greenfield SAP implementation (currently in-flight) based from Lakeside, Portsmouth.

As an Application HR Trainer you will be responsible for delivering training course development across the organisation conducting instructor led training sessions to Key and End users on the new system functionality and business processes.

Using your initiative and new ways of delivering training in this exciting programme, you will manage and assist in various training activities and provide advice and guidance to the business where required.

You will use business change methodologies in conjunction with training and learning practices to help ensure adoption.

You will understand the business process for SAP HR and how the application supports the processes.

Other responsibilities will also include performing QA on training materials as well as providing go-live support when required.

Essential Skills

The successful candidate will either have a background in a Human Resource (HR) capability, or Business Change or SAP HR/OD Training. You might be a super user in SAP HR and want to take that step into training

You will have the ability to communicate to a high level, hold delicate conversations where necessary and have a passion for delivery innovative training.

Demonstrable experience of working in a challenging and complex organisation, where you have had enabled organisation, business and technical change.

Experience of designing and delivering a blended learning solution to your users.

Exemplary presentation skills

It would be advantageous to have experience of SAP HR and SuccessFactors but training can be provided.

This role requires the individual to hold or be able to obtain SC Clearance on acceptance of the position.
