Immediate Contract Requirement

A client of mine immediately requires a leading software test engineer to join their team in Cambridgeshire. The successful applicant will be available immediately, or in the next week or two. There is scope for a lot of work coming through at this industry-leading company.

Location: Cambridgeshire

Rate: Excellent market rate, TBD

Essential Experience:

* 2.1 Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

* Minimum of 5 years' industry experience

* Hardware experience

* Testing complex systems

* Understanding and experience of testing web applications with databases

* Working knowledge of embedded Linux OS

* TDD, BDD, Gherkin/Cucumber, Selenium

* Jenkins, bamboo

Desirable Experience:

* Software Development in Java/Python

* Automated test framework

* Database development
