This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Customer Relationship Manager to secure an exciting position within a leading provider of workplace solutions, based in London. My client is seeking an someone with excellent customer relationship management skills gained within the IT industry to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained and carefully measured, post-sales!

The successful candidate will be working in an ITIL environment in a service delivery capacity to work proactively to improve the customer experience, taking it to the next level. As well as this, the IT Customer Relationship Manager will manually create and interpret M.I. reports using Excel for data sourcing, and be determined to hit customer satisfaction targets in line with this!

Essential skills and experience required for the IT Customer Relationship Manager:

* Able to confidently liaise with external stakeholders and internal departments to solve problems and escalations

* Have experience working in an ITIL environment, and understand service delivery concepts

* Maintain an outstanding customer focussed approach and have excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (there will be an Excel test as part of the process)

* Be numerate and have experience manually creating M.I. reports
