This company are growing year on year specialising in the production of unique mechanical components across a range of industries, including Defence, Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Automotive. The company prides themselves on providing a high-quality product and known to regularly invest in the newest machinery and training.

The day to day responsibility for this role will be to continuously improve all manufacturing processes across the site with an overall goal to maximise quality throughout. The successful candidate will lead their specialist department and will play a key role in assuring the quality standards throughout the company are at the highest level.
