Role description:
Contribute to Applications Development and QA teams to establish best practices implementation of methodologies and toolsets,
Oversee the development and maintenance of technical and process documentation
Documents design specifications, troubleshoots and testing.
Actively involved with requirement understanding and analysis.
Work closely with functional leads/PMs to understand the partner integration requirements. Assisting in continuous improvement in engineering practices
Mentoring and growing with team members
Requirement skills:
Experience leading a team of Technical and Functional Dynamics CRM SME.
Microsoft Dynamics certified consultant.
Hands on experience in MS Dynamics CRM projects.
Person should demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to assessing customer architecture,designing secure, high-performance technical solutions on the MS Dynamics 365 platform, communicating technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders, and providing a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.
Collaborate with other internal technical architects and leads to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and define technical architectures and solution designs from business and/or technical requirements.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the designed systems and guide consumers on best practices and guidelines on systems integration and use.
Design and develop proof of concepts (POCs) as needed, integrating new components with back office systems during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products and integration strategies.
Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality - Account management, Contact Management, Opportunity management, Lead Management, Forecasting, Reports, Products Management, Workflows and Approval processes, etc.
Dynamics CRM integration knowledge with core systems like SAP, Portal or other legacy system independently or as part of larger development team.
Integration expertise with Sharepoint, Yammer, Office 365 Products, Exchange Online, Social Integration, Mobile, Tab.
Has worked different Modules in Dynamics CRM like Sales, Marketing, and service management.
Good to have skills - Silverlight, Scribe, Multi Location deployment, Sharepoint Document Lib & Security structure.
Experience with Agile, Iterative, Waterfall implementation methodology in onshore-offshore mode.
Experience with client facing management role at onsite/offshore.
Experience with project estimation techniques.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, risks/issues identification.
Experience in business development activities like proposal response, solution building, client presentation.
Experience of consulting led and relationship led selling a must, business winners required.
Experience in projects with offshore resources.
