RNIB’s Analytics & Insight is an IoF Insight SIG Award winning team of analysts working closely with all areas within the organisation to help them deliver their strategic objectives and make a world without barriers for blind and partially sighted people.
You will manage one Insight Analyst and will generate insight from the evaluation of a variety of RNIB data (with special focus on fundraising) to inform the development of RNIB strategy, proposition development and implementation plans.
You’ll provide insight consultancy services to RNIB Section Heads and Unit Managers to enable them to conceive, design, develop, deliver and evaluate strategies across all business areas (from strategic concept to operational roll-out).
You’ll present and communicate information, facilitating their understanding of the implications, particularly those relating to planning, budgeting and decision-making and will have proven experience of applying statistical, analytical, modelling and segmentation techniques (including packages such as R, Python, SAS or SPSS) to lead in the development of customer segmentations, propensity models, forecasts, etc.
