Successful medium sized Cloud Solutions provider specialising in the Buy-side (Hedge Funds, Fund Managers, Investment Managers) is entering a major growth faze (Scaling 50-100 people) and is hiring a technically astute CTO, with code level knowledge of Software Development and Cloud transformation, to direct its growth plan, drive its software and solution design and build new teams.

With plans to double in size they need someone who is both experienced in defining the growth and product strategy but is also hands-on, with both a deep knowledge and passion for Cloud based solutions covering development of software products for Trading, Quant Research and Big Data Analytics, automation and DevOps (including containerisation) as well as the hardware and software considerations for successful public cloud solution delivery.

You will have a track record of leading innovation, with current expertise in Cloud technology and software development, preferably with experience of spear-heading cloud based solutions in the Buy side market place, although Investment Banking and/or knowledge of the trading stack is fine. This will be an autonomous leadership role but where you will be collaborative across sales, architecture, engineering and support services in a strong, friendly culture.
