A well known, household name with offices in Luton and London are looking for two Business Analysts with Product Ownership responsibilities to develop and implement new CRM solutions.

You will be responsible for analysing customer requirements from stakeholders upto Director level and managing documentation, planning, delivery and testing using the Waterfall and moving towards an Agile environment. You will also be expected to use basic data skills to analyse the data and run reports using a variety of technologies including SQL.

We are looking for individuals with a technical background who will be able to pick up the technologies and analyse the existing systems. You will be working as a Business Analyst, looking at agile and digital transformations and data migration of the CRM / Marketing system platforms.

Any knowledge of Product Ownership would be ideal as you will be managing the whole flow.
