Project Manager - Customer Insight & Reporting
We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Purpose
As a Project Manager, you will have direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of projects from inception through to the successful operational running of the agreed deliverable.
The role requires a flexible approach to reflect rapidly changing business needs whilst applying robust project management practices across a portfolio of related projects. Key to success will be the effective management of senior stakeholders through timely and relevant communications while providing strong leadership and direction to cross-functional delivery teams.
Role responsibilities:
* Accountable to lead the successful delivery projects
* Ensure necessary governance and controls are in place to ensure successful delivery, and ensure adherence to the project delivery framework.
* Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels from stakeholders through to project team members.
* Lead the project team by example. Motivate the team and create a collaborate 'can do' environment
Candidate Specification:
* Experience in project planning processes and techniques. Knowledge of at least one project management formal method (PMI, PRINCE) is essential.
* Experience in forecast management and ability to manage budgets
* Experience of managing customer insight and reporting projects
* Good communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels. Proven stakeholder management experience
* Ability to think outside the box in order to generate innovative and different approaches to delivery.
* Good people leadership skills
* Adaptive - able to adapt styles or the level of working depending on what is appropriate at the time
