Python Developer - Remote - £35,000 - £55,000 + Tremendous benefits package

We are looking for a full stack developer to work within this development team on a range of performance management projects which is built in Python/Django and Angular.

The world of performance management has been so poor, for a great deal of time. Annual appraisals, complex ratings scales, uncertainty, anxiety - This team are looking to put an end to all of that. Employees and managers simply need to be enabled with the right culture and the right technologies to be the best that they can be.

The role will mainly be home based but ideally you'll be able to work in Bristol 1 day a week but some arrangement can be made here.

Skills required:

* You'll be an experienced developer who enjoys working on scalable web applications.

* You'll have a good aptitude for learning new technology

* Used to working in an Agile development team in a Kanban style.

* Motivated to work on your own remotely.

* Strong Python/Django skills and an understanding of frontend frameworks preferably Angular.

Technical Skills:

* Agile

* Strong Python Django

* Understanding of RESTful APIs

* HTML CSS Javascript

* Javascript frameworks (mainly Angular)

* Strong use of version control (Gitlab)

Desirable:

* Django Rest Framework

* Protractor testing framework

* Docker

* AWS
