The primary responsibility of the Process Improvement Lead will be to identify and implement technical and front-end delivery process enhancements across the Magnox organisation. You will identify areas for improvement, ranging from management system improvements, process enhancements, development of common processes and IT platforms, and delivery of cross-site improvement initiatives. You will work collaboratively with colleagues both in Magnox and across the NDA estate to implement continuous improvement programmes, sharing best practice and intelligently applying appropriate tools and techniques. You will provide support to, and engage with, process owners across the business to identify opportunities, understand what and how performance needs to change and provide appropriate solutions.

In this challenging and detail-focused role, you will have a sound knowledge of the methodologies, tools and techniques of organisational learning and continuous improvement, such as Six Sigma, LEAN etc. You will have a high level of commercial acumen, with a strong customer focus and process thinking. You must have demonstrable experience of driving successful change and transformation projects in complex environments, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders and motivate people towards improved business performance.
