My client a leading provider of financial software solutions to the IFA Wealth Management industry seeks a Learning & Development Consultant due to expansion and recent client driven growth.

The role

** Delivery of training to our external and internal clients

** Travelling to and from client site training sessions as required

** Thoroughly learn all aspects of our systems and processes

** Learn and deliver the integrations available within Intelligent Office

** Assist in the production of training documentation to the highest standard for our external and internal clients

** Be an ambassador for the Intelliflo business, ensuring that we continue to be seen in

** A positive light within our ever expanding marketplace

** Upskill new joiners on iO and deliver training to existing staff on new release functionality and iO/additional modules

Knowledge required:

** Full working knowledge of Intelligent Office is a distinct advantage

** Understanding of practical application of Intelligent Office

** Excellent presentation and communication skills

Skills and experience required:

** Communication (written and verbal)

** Excellent presentation skills

** Excellent attention to detail

** Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude

**Diplomacy

** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

** Planning and Organisation

** Excellent Time Management

** Must have previous experience of software training and working with large groups

** Developing Relationships

** Financial Services background preferably in an IFA marketplace

** Experience with Financial Services back office systems

** Understanding of practical application of Intelligent Office and PFP

** Ability to prioritise own workload

** Ability to work on own initiative

Location

Situated in an extremely beautiful part of Surrey, lunchtimes can be spent in the town center where there are numerous cafes and restaurants or if you fancy a picnic you can sit on the banks of the Thames and take in the surrounding area.
