Business Intelligence BI Business Development Manager £80k + OTE

I'm seeking a Sales Professional with strong experience in the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Market to join a growing ERP organisation who are seeking to rapidly grow their BI Team. You will be ambitious and motivated with a strong idea of how to close a sale. You'll be strongly supported by Lead Generation and Marketing, but this is a "Hunter" opportunity and you will be a go-getter who is seeking to build on their career.

Your BI experience can come from any main BI Software Solution - including IBM Cognos, SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle BI, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI or any major player. The important part is that you have an excellent track record of delivering against Sales targets and possess the drive to continuously succeed in a competitive market. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon existing success and lead the New Business Development Team from the front. There is an office in the North of England but this is a predominantly home based position with most of your time spent on the field.

A base salary of up to £40k is on offer with a fully measured and achievable OTE of double which has proven to be attainable. It is feasibly possible to walk away with £80k+ after year 1. In addition to the current role, you would be joining a business in a sustained period of growth and as such, personal development opportunities are fully available and you will be expected to maintain a learning environment as employees here are considered subject matter experts in their field with value to add across the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Business Intelligence Sales experience with proven delivery and Sales targets.

* Experience consistently closing deals over £100k

* Good network of contacts across the UK BI market.

* Full, clean, UK license.
