Having covered conversations with the Project Business Analyst in this major investment bank, undergoing a phase of rapid growth (as a result of their own innovation) it has become apparent that they is a major demand for some of Manchester's best to help take charge of a development team within a client facing role.

This bank are coving some newer changes to their web services and are looking at combining the customer-centricity of a Creative Agency with the engineering quality of a major Investment Bank.

As a result of their recent success, they have a newly-created position in their senior leadership team with the purpose of essentially taking responsibility for all design channels across the company

The role will see you spearheading a team of developers who have all 'earned their stripes' in the financial sector, ensuring that your role will have you guiding some of Manchester's finest.

On a daily basis, you will be tasked with creating workflows, presentations and pipelines from scratch, whilst being very hands on in the role.

The client is looking for:

* Strong hands on experience with Java 8 , Springboot and Microservices.

* Experience working with internal stakeholders as opposed to being just a 'head down' developer

* Leadership and Strategic backing, due to your Seniority, to go along with your technical background as you will be discussing you work with Global Directors and C-Level of the bank and looking to engage with staff across the business.
