E-Commerce Manager

This company is the UKs biggest E-Cig and Vape retail company, and they are looking for forward thinking individuals to help continue their growth in the online sales sector.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the eCommerce Manager will be responsible for leading the online strategy over a number of sales channels, and have accountability for setting a pricing strategy in line with business policies.

You will have the opportunity to influence the shape and growth of the eCommerce arm of a business with several thousand online orders per month, and a significant high street presence.

Operational tasks will include:

- Control and creation of products and listings.

- Continued analysis of Google Analytics and other metrics to optimise listings and web pages.

- Monitoring pricing strategies on a channel-by-channel basis.

- Analysis of current business trends and propose ideas to increase traffic and sales.

- Working with Marketing to co-ordinate promotional opportunities, content creation, and up-selling techniques.

- Shaping a clearance product strategy to sell discontinued lines, in line with business policies.

- Analysis of customer behaviour, including navigation, on-site search, checkout flow etc. Providing ideas and suggestions to increase conversion metrics and overall customer satisfaction.

- Weekly management update to Senior Management covering sales by channel, strategy and stock positions.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A successful track record within an established eCommerce environment and an in-depth understanding of eCommerce processes

- A data driven approach to work

- Experience with Amazon Seller, eBay Shops and in-house eCommerce channels

- Experience with online traffic analytics such as Google Analytics

- A sales mentality and entrepreneurial mindset

- Experience working with Shopify (beneficial)
