Technical Support Engineer

£50-65K + excellent bonus + benefits

Technical Support Engineer (Java, C++, Python) - A talented Technical Support Engineer is needed to join a leading FinTech working across the complete product catalogue. The Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact, working with high-profile hedge funds and investment banks. This role will provide the Technical Support Engineer a technical challenge providing high-quality support in a client-facing environment.

You, as the Technical Support Engineer, will be able to:

* Learn and understand the trading systems, as well as their underlying code, to provide technical intellect to devise solutions to real-time issues

* Provide innovative ideas to improve the support processes

* Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs and requests

* Interpret real-time issues and be able to confidently relay them back to the clients clearly.

Preferably having some previous working knowledge with Java, C++ or Python, the Technical Support Engineer will be joining a talented, enthusiastic team working in a relaxed office environment. The Technical Support Engineer role offers fantastic benefits working within modern London offices.
