Excellent opportunity for an Engineer from a Facilities Background to take on an autonomous role on a ground-breaking new development in Somerset.

On offer is the chance to be a part of an exciting new project which will be opening to the public in 2019. With full details still to be announced, this site promises to be a defining visitor attraction in the Somerset countryside. With the grand unveiling just months away, the team on site require a Chief Engineer to join their team in a role which will see the incumbent play a big part in not just the opening of the site, but also its day-to-day running and success.

This role will see the candidate having overall responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds. They will be planning and scheduling preventative maintenance regimes with a view to the smooth running of the site and managing the maintenance and facilities team.

The person will come from a facilities engineering background and have strong leadership/management qualities and be comfortable working in a public environment.
