We require 2 Administration staff with excellent organisational and communication skills to support a large scale portfolio of work.

The day to day tasks will include:

- Meeting management

- Minute taking

- Room booking

- Travel booking

- Visitor Management

- General Administration - e.g. filing, responding to emails, handling communications, updating spreadsheets etc.

You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and previous experience of providing the above services ideally within an NHS or Public Sector environment.

Candidates will also need to have their own laptop as this won't be provided by the end customer.
