This company specialise in the design and manufacture of machinery that is supplied into a wide variety of industries such as food manufacturing, mining, plastics and pharmaceutical to name but a few. They are part of a larger multi-national organisation and are experiencing a rapid period of growth.

In this role, the successful Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for working with customers and clients to understand their requirements and process the enquiry from initial lead to order placement. You will create quotations and proposals as well advise on suitable applications and solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where no two days will be the same and you will be offered thorough and ongoing training.

THE ROLE:

*Liaising with customers to suggest and provide solutions to their requirements

*Following enquiries through from lead to order placement

*Preparing quotations and proposals

THE PERSON:

*Experience in a sales role in a technical/engineering environment

*Ability to understand engineering drawings

*Knowledge of CRM is advantageous

*A foreign language would be helpful but not essential
