One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Application Designer (Business Analyst / Solutions Designer / Junior Architect)

Warwickshire - £45,000 - up to 25% bonus

Spring Technology have an exciting requirement from a key client in order to find a talented Designer / Analyst.

My client is a highly reputable organisation based in Warwickshire who can offer the successful candidate an amazing working environment, a very competitive salary and a highly rewarding benefits package including a bonus up to 25%.

The IT Application Designer will join the wider IT Division. The purpose of the role is to create, maintain and monitor IT systems technical designs across multiple components, in collaboration with internal applications and service delivery teams and outsourced providers; ensuring that designs adhere to the companies design principles and that the solution remains fit for purpose, meets the business and systems requirements and is successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operation.

Key Responsibilities:

*Create, document, and maintain solution designs which meet the business objective, align with architectural blueprints and adhere to the Service Design Specification. Ensure designs adhere to documented design patterns and follow templates, standards and governance frameworks set out by the Solution Design function.

*Continuously develop skills and behaviours that promote the value of the solution design function and embrace the principles and values as set out in the Solution Design Team Charter.

*Outline all potential solution options and make reasoned recommendations as to the suitability of options to ensure the Solution Designers are fully prepared to enable evidence based decisions at the relevant boards

*Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.

Key Skills:

*Extensive relevant and demonstrable experience of IT system design and/or software development

*ITIL awareness

*Experience of various software development methodologies (highly beneficial)
