Scrum Master - Liverpool - up to £45,000

Is a market leading provider of innovative Retail Systems to retailers working in a variety of markets, worldwide and are looking for a proactive, experienced Scrum Master to join our talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering best of breed technology to our customers.

The role:

The Scrum Master will be responsible for implementing SCRUM by coaching and leading the teams with agile methodologies and serving as technical lead to ensure high quality implementation of product changes.

The role of Scrum Master works within the DevOps department and reports into the DevOps Manager. The position will work alongside Developers, Testers and Product Owners to help deliver product changes. The role will also see close interaction with other colleagues in Customer Service, Support, Training, Projects and Implementations.

Essential skills:

*Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for one or more teams: daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospectives ceremonies for teams.

*Work with the Product Owner to ensure the team is given time to work on their improvements and help to manage the product backlog, ensuring it is refined and estimated to be ready for next sprint planning.

*In collaboration with the Product Owner ensure transparency in reporting to stake holders communicating delivery progress to appropriate stakeholders through all relevant mediums.

*Manage team annual leave and training to ensure consistent delivery of high quality output by growing skills in team.

*The Scrum Manager will have strong experience of successfully leading a team of software developers through a full system/product development life-cycle as a manager, mentor, or tech lead and with the following technologies and principles:

*Experience of the following technologies: PHP, JS UI frameworks, AWS, MySQL, Restful APIs
