Excellent role on offer for an Experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a Well-Established, Market Leading company where you will play a pivotal part in the management of large scale, technically challenging, blue chip projects.
Have you managed HVAC/Mechanical Installations and Service Contracts? Do you have experience managing Commercial projects?
This company have been established for over 25 years, specialising in electrical, air-conditioning and commercial heating systems. Due to their excellent work and high standards, they are actively looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts manager to support this.
In this position you will take full responsibility for a significant part of the Projects Department. You will be responsible for taking projects right through from cradle to grave and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
The ideal candidate will have excellent experience within the HVAC or Mechanical Engineering industry. You will need to have Contracts/Project Management experience and a desire to play a key role within a growing, market leading company.
The Role:
* Manage key Projects/Contracts from cradle to grave
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* £60,000 - £80,000 + Pension + Progression + Company Vehicle + Excellent benefits
The Person:
* Must have experience within the HVAC Service/Installation market
* Must have picked up experience as a Contracts/ Project Manager
* Must be an excellent communicator
* Must have HNC building services qualification
* Must be health and safety registered
