Supplier Quality Administrator:

I require a temporary Administrator for 6 months due to sick leave, as a backlog of SQI administrative tasks have built up.

You will be supporting 1 of the key Supplier Quality Engineers, so will require both manufacturing and quality knowledge from previous, similar roles - admin skills will not be sufficient, you need the relevant background in manufacturing/quality.

You will need great presentation skills, with an expert knowledge of Excel; pivots, V looks ups, etc, with exemplary organisational skills and a strong character!

Function:

Supplier Quality (EMEA)

Job Summary:

Responsible for the management, support, maintenance and optimization of SQIE databases, KPI's and reporting structures. Maintains data integrity.

Participates in Supplier Quality MRG and Monthly Staff meetings, as well as managing adhoc requests for administrative support from EMEA SQI leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitors existing databases and equipment to ensure expected results are attained and all data is in good working order.

May collect and analyze data on existing supplier KPIs and databases (CQMS, GPS, Scorecards).

Supports SQIE leadership by making recommendations to improve existing database performance and reporting structures.

Conducts database training when necessary.

Ensures database integrity by following version change controls and procedures.

Ensures data integrity and disaster recovery by assisting with regular database backups under established procedures.

Conducts basic database maintenance when necessary.

Competencies:

IT skills essential - Demonstrated high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project and OneNote. Experience with Minitab would be beneficial.

Organization and discipline - Maintains and publishes KPIs to timeframe set by SQI leadership team.

Troubleshooting - Diagnoses and resolves data alignment issues across Business Units to ensure KPI synergy.

Performance Tuning - Through Functional Excellence publishes latest revisions of Corporate and Business Unit Supplier Quality procedures and work instructions to a common online EMEA Connect site.

Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. A self-starter that works well under pressure, prioritises tasks and manages time effectively.

Interpersonal savvy - Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.

Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Accurate note taking, recording and translation of notes taken into headline summaries for action.

Daily routine to include, but not limited to: Generation of FE standard work and gathering of data for PPAP/SCAR/Audit Overlay database.

Weekly routine to include, but not limited to: Audit schedule update, and weekly emails, SCAR report generated and maintained, PPAP report generated and maintained, Staff meeting preparation, Plant Quality Meeting slides - gather data and chase for updates, Travel Budget tracker maintenance and management.

Bi-Weekly routine to include, but not limited to: Six Sigma hopper and database maintenance, EBU/PSBU/NRP/CBU scorecard data gathering and maintenance.

Monthly routine to include, but not limited to: Set-up of MRG meetings and distribution of meeting minutes, ABO scorecard data gathering and population, Global SQI scorecard data gathering and population, generation of monthly SBP presentations.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or can demonstrate a strong background in Manufacturing support administration.

Full UK driving license.

Experience:

Minimal relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience, ideally in a quality environment.
