Base 24 Support Specialist - FinTech - Cheshire- Up to £75000

Our client is covering a variety of self-serve solutions and is focussing on the automation of many of their branches. As a result of this they are focusing much of their attention towards the ATM and internal self-serve machine side of Fintech.

As a result, they have a requirement for a Lead Application support specialist, capable of covering problem solving, leadership and focus on stake holder management

This is role will require the ability to cover problem solving and leadership for colleagues across the globe and as a result, will provide some expensed travel now and then as part of the role.

What to expect:

Following the release of a very popular client management system, you will be covering live day to day issues and simply be on stand-by for when such problems arise. You will then lead your team through the best point of action for the sake of resolution. You will also find yourself working from home when you are not required to be in the office during the week.

This would mean that you are also expected to be the face of the company for the sake of international colleagues and clientele.

Requirements:

-Tandem/ Base 24/ Understanding ATM processes/ POS

-Knowledge of DDL/ VISA/ Mastercard/ BNET and NDC processes
