The work location is in READING with flexible option to work from home and is a 12 months contract.

Pay rate is between £250 - 300 per day.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and future proof new innovative e-learning content using HTML5, CSS3, JS, ES6, React.js,Vue.js, jQuery, Rest APIs, Google API, D3.js, Node.js, Express.js, Grunt, PHP, mySQL, Flash, knockout.js

* Develop new and maintain existing e-learning content using Flash, and AS3

* Develop new mobile optimised e-learning content across different platforms

* Maintain and further develop the company's SharePoint web presence to include new functionalities. The skills required for this include knowledge of MS SharePoint 2013 and web services related to SharePoint using XML

* Create 'on-brand' designs for e-learning content and assist with implementing within modules. The skills required for this include Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

* Ensuring that all e-learning resources are developed to be interoperable and conformant to established standards. The skills required for this include the ability to produce AICC and SCORM content packages

* Contribute and subsequently maintain all technical specifications documents and guidelines for the various e-learning interactions within the organisation (e.g. presentations, multimedia enriched Flash resources, virtual scenarios, virtual simulations, and mobile learning resources)

Candidate Requirements

* Experienced using JavaScript, JavaScript libraries, jQuery, HMTL5 and CSS

* Proficient in the use of Flash and AS3

* Creative, innovative approach to development

* Working with version control systems (ideally Git or SVN)

* E-learning development experience is an advantage
