Jefferson Frank are curently working with a blue chip organisation and require a strong Business Analyst to work a 3 month contract.

Working with key areas of the Business to understand and shape their analytical requirements into demand for the Data and Analytics Team. In doing so, the candidate must be able to promote the benefits of analytics, create strong relationships at all levels, organise and capture sufficient details around their analytic needs, drive out the potential benefits and assist the Business in defining the requirements.

1 Business Analyst with strong understanding of various LOB's of a commercial bank i.e., Retail, Corporate, Investment, Treasury, Trade Finance, Derivatives, etc
2 Must have worked on integration of various source application's used in a bank, data mapping & gap analysis
3 To actively support ETL team and finalize transformation logics basis reporting requirements
4 Must have undergone a full cycle BI reporting project
5 Must have the knowledge of preparing a KPI/Grain matrix
6 Must have prepared wireframes of reports /dashboards.
7 Customer facing skills with ability to relate and transform business requirements into reporting
8 Expertise in the areas of Risk & Performance Management
9 Strong experience on SDLC phases
10 Consulting and Implementation experience of analytical modules for a commercial bank in the areas of risk and performance management
11 Soft skills with sound grip on documentation
12 Good knowledge of SQL
13 Knowledge of Power BI a big plus

Must:

1 Knowledge of core banking
2 Must have experience in BI / reporting projects
3 Must have - wireframe mock ups in Power BI
