Role: Change Project Manager (Procurement Policy Design)

Location: London

Contract: 6 Months +

Day Rate: £450 -£500 per day

The Role:

Our leading client requires a Change Project Manager to support large scale procurement policy process design and implementation. The successful candidate will be experienced with change impact analysis and its integration into the project planning and delivery of procurement process reengineering as well as strong understanding of best practice

Essential:

*Project and change management experience for group policy design within large, multifaceted organisations

*Leading group procurement policy projects assessing the impact and ensuring compliance

*Design and delivery of research necessary to build the project proposal and the project business case and the approval of the project proposal / business case

*Project and change management group policy design

*building the optimum levels of process, systems and policy structure

*Project and change management experience, responsibility for group policy design, implementation and multi-country e-Procurement systems rollouts

*Liaise with process owners within Finance and Engineering

*Strong understanding of best practice in the Procurement Systems and Processes

*Experience working within a mature ERP systems / SSC environment

*Regular (Monthly) European travel to be expected

*Multilingual candidate would be advantageous
