Graduate Design Engineer (Bespoke Manufacturing & Production)

Graduate Design Engineer role on offer for a company that is investing into expanding their architectural department and will provide comprehensive training on their bespoke products.

Do you have a degree in mechanical engineering? Have you designed architectural products? Are you looking for a varied role where you will create highly niche products and become a technical expert?

This Colchester based company are an industry leading, manufacture of bespoke solutions for the construction industry. After enjoying several years of success, they are looking to expand their architectural department and therefore need a new design engineer to help reach new levels of success.

In this role you will work closely with production managers, creating architectural designs using Solidworks as well as creating packages that are used alongside customer designs in order to fulfil intricate specifications.

This would therefore ideally suit a Graduate Engineer who is enthusiastic to learn, ambitious and able to use their own initiative and looking to work for a well-established, exciting and growing manufacturing company.

The Role:

- Graduate Design Engineer

- Dealing with bespoke design and manufacturing of cladding systems

- Using Solidworks and AutoCAD to create Niche products

The Person:

- Design Engineer

- Background in construction sector

- An ability to work within tight deadlines
