Key Skills
* VOIP migration experience
* 6+ years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure. End to end knowledge in configuring Voice and Video infrastructure.
* End to end knowledge and troubleshooting in configuring IP Telephony, Fax systems, Audio Conferencing, Voice Networking, Alerting.
* Problem solving and project management experience, Negotiation skills, Team working skills,
* Worked in a infrastructure critical environment and understands how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer
* Industry standard certifications in the technology area of work would be preferred
* Cisco call manager experience
