This is a great opportunity to join a Global Financial Services company as a Salesforce Technical Lead Engineer where you will play an integral part in achieving strategic advantage through advance digital distribution technology. You will be the front runner when it comes to Salesforce and have a huge input in how to maximise the potential of Salesforce.com across the organisation.
As part of global distribution technology, the Salesforce Technical Lead Engineer will provide functional and technical expertise; collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to help identify and own delivery. You will be responsible for leading engineering teams, imparting your knowledge and experience to deliver digital solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Establish and maintain governance and design principles for optimal usage of Salesforce.com and connected business systems working in direct partnership with our Solution Architect who owns this space
Establish and maintain platform governance for compliance, security, and system performance,
Understand key business drivers and strategic initiatives and ensure alignment to the CRM platform and other tools used by the Digital Distribution teams (including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud & Pardot)
Analyse workflows and structure within Salesforce.com and develop solutions for optimisation.
Partner with CRM Product Owners to design and deliver business solutions
Lead a team of CRM Engineers (5-10 but growing in number) including development, mentoring, and product delivery management
Passionately pursue ongoing education on industry knowledge, business systems integrations, CRM functionality, standard methodologies and trends as it pertains to Sales and Marketing functionality
Build sophisticated programs that scale, iterate and drive sustainable process improvements
Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.
Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO)
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce.com application data model and partner product ecosystem, system integration and data management standard methodologies other CRM systems and processes required
Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce.com solutions design, integration, and app development
Proven experience in a development lead role
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
