A number of opportunities have arisen for L&D Training/Curriculum Designers within the UKs leading support service organisation based in Fareham, Portsmouth to be part of a established and successful contract.

The contract is entering an exciting new phase with renewed focus on training innovation, optimisation and collaborative working and this role will provide the support and drive to achieve successful delivery of all aspects of the contract in this new phase.

Reporting to the Training Design Team Leader, the Training Designers are responsible for production and development of training design documentation and the identification of instructor competencies to support new training and learning requirements.

* Responsible for design and development of high quality training interventions;

* Theory and Practical Sessions

* E-Learning Modules

* Responsible for maintaining existing course material and providing recommendations based on Design expertise, focusing on the learning journey and user experience

* Work with Subject Matter Experts to produce high quality and effective training materials to enhance the learning experience for all learning styles

* Applies training and learning design knowledge and experience - is able to demonstrate experience in developing and designing training and learning interventions using a variety of media and technology

* Develops overall instructional strategy - is able to analyse and implement changes to programmes, identifying effective and ineffective instructional design

* Training and Learning Design IT knowledge and experience

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven experience of producing effective training and learning materials (In education or industry)

* Experience with e-learning

* Computer Literate

* Desirable - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

* Excellent communication
