Dynamics CRM Senior Business Analyst - London Based - £75,000

My client are a leading global digital communications company based in London who are looking for a strong Dynamics CRM Business Analyst. They have a reputation for encouraging there employees to develop their careers and are committed to helping you grow professionally and personally.

You will be responsible for ensuring Dynamics CRM is being utilized in its marketing system integration, working the engineering teams on technical issues for escalation as well as working with key stakeholders.

Ideally you will have:

* Experience configuring Dynamics CRM (Workflows, extensions, entities)

* Strong experience with Dynamics CRM

* Proven stakeholder management experience

* Experience in managing complex business system roll-outs across the entire business cycle for ERP or CRM
