Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Agresso, Workday, HR / Payroll, COTS

My client is looking for a Solution / Technical Architect to work with a market leading client you must have a proven background on working with Workday or Agresso implementation / integration's realising the benefits of software and application architecture in order to meet the business needs.

You will have technical expertise in integration, commercial off the shelf packages (mainly used within Finance and HR), with expert knowledge in design patterns and general development acquired from significant on the ground' practical experience. You will work with the Enterprise Architects to set the platform technical roadmap, and also works with the Solution Architect role and software delivery teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure the delivery of new solutions is in adherence to overarching standards

Key Skills Overview

* Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality technical solutions in line with business needs and timescales.

* Understanding of software best practices, design principles & patterns

* Ability to explain complex technical information in business terms, helping to shape business process

* Workday or Agresso - Essential

* Good understanding of coding best practices for security and performance

* Experience of working in a technology based role and interfacing to a varied number of internal and external stakeholders
