£40'000 - £50'000 + Re-location Package + Training + Bonus + Progression + Pension Scheme + 34 days holiday

This specialist building materials company supply a range of ready-mix concrete, sand and gravel materials to various markets. They are also part of a globally recognised, industry leading group that is the second largest building materials company in the world.

In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling production operations across the Isle of Man. You will do this by ensuring that all of the Company's production facilities run smoothly, meet business targets (cost effectively) so that the operations deliver products on time.

The ideal candidate will have management experience whilst working in a building or construction materials environment. Candidates with operations experience are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* Ensure products are produced and delivered effectively, efficiently, safely, on time

* Assess the performance of production sites

* Lead the day to day operational and logistical activities

* Improve efficiency of the operations and ensure KPI's are achieved

* Re-location packaging on offer

The Person:

* Management experience in a building/ construction materials or similar background

* Able to re-locate if needed to Isle of Man
