My Edinburgh based client are currently recruiting for a Director of analytics Delivery. this is an exciting role for the right candidate to help create a new department within the business and to grow a data division, processing and creating a variety of informative documents and reports designed at growing the business and improving their current analysis capabilities.

The relevant candidate for the role will be responsible for:

* Helping to grow and develop the internal analytics function

* Defining the structure and direction of the analytics function

* Managing team costs and budgets

* Working with the wider business to establish the Analystics brand within the company

Relevant skills and experience for this role will include:

* Previous team lead experience

* Experience of growing teams

* Experience of working with wider business units to establish analytics requirements

* Budget management experience

* Technical experience working with cloud technologies

* Background in data engineering or software development

* Strong Business Intelligence experience
