Project Manager - (Net App)

Location: London

Duration: 3-6 months

NetApp Migration with Project Management and Co-ordination experience

Role description

- Leads the discovery phase

- Investigates operational requirements, issues and opportunities

- Articulates, negotiates and secures acceptance on migration solutions

- Secures participation of application and shared service teams to support pre-transition, transition and post transition tasks

- Owns communication with data owners

- Facilitate meetings between data owner and other HSBC support teams, involving Evergreen Champions / Head Of Infrastructure, where required, to remediate migration issues

- Updates project documents / tools to reflect progress on migration and issue remediation

- Works interactively with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and reaching out to them to clarify post migration feedback.
