Role: Junior Frontend Developer

Location: Sheffield

Length: 6 - 12 months contract

Daily rate: £80-£125 (negotiable dependant on experience)

My client are leaders in the disability support sector, based in Sheffield City Centre. They are now looking for a Frontend Developer to join ASAP, on a long-term contract. Interviews are commencing this week, don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!

Job Spec:

* Working in a small team to develop applications for a variety of users

* Developing your knowledge of many types of technology and business

* Having an impact on systems used by thousands of people around the UK

* Ensuring that software meets operational requirements

* Monitoring and optimising systems to provide an excellent user experience

* Delivering business value

* Providing clear updates on progress against assigned tasks

* Having an input into the running and strategy of the business

Essential Skills and Experience

* HTML

* JavaScript

* CSS

* Microsoft desktop, web and development technologies

* Working on public facing websites with a focus on performance

* A good knowledge of emerging web technologies

* Working in an agile development environment

Any knowledge of .NET is extremely advantageous here
