Base 24 Application Support Specialist - FinTech - Cheshire, Crewe and Nantwich - Up to £79000

Our client is a global conglomerate of financial powerhouses, slowly upgrading their systems for merchant clients. In doing so they are hoping to provide a platform in which all of their global clients can cover payments effectively taking in to account the new security and 'know you customer' methods.

This is role will require the ability to cover problem solving and leadership for colleagues across the globe and as a result, will provide some expensed travel now and then as part of the role.

What to expect:

Following the release of a very popular client management system, you will be covering live day to day issues and simply be on stand-by for when such problems arise. You will then lead your team through the best point of action for the sake of resolution.

This would mean that you are also expected to be the face of the company for the sake of international colleagues and clientele.

Skills:

* Tandem/ Base 24/ Understanding ATM processes/ POS

* Knowledge of COBOL procedures

* Knowledge of DDL/ VISA/ Mastercard/ BNET and NDC processes
