Senior End User Infrastructure Engineer - MacOS / iOS

As an established and trusted recruitment partner to this global aviation organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, we have been asked to assist with the recruitment of an established Senior End-User Infrastructure Engineer whose specialism is within MacOS and iOS to work on contract assignments at headquarters in Dubai. We currently have a very healthy number of individuals on site in Dubai with this prestigious organisation.

Responsibilities / Key Skills / Requirements

-MacOS and iOS System Support

-Work with Apple and 3rd parties to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions

-Management of MacOS / iOS application packaging, deployments, updates, custom scripts

-Management of MacOS / iOS system updates, testing and deployment

-MacOS Configurations, Automation and Deployment

-Active Directory integration

-Support the enhancement and improvement of the end user experience

-Produce reports / provide compliance on the device estate

The successful candidate will have experience designing, implementing and supporting MacOS and iOS Infrastructure Solutions.
