Backend Developer (Python Django Golang SQL GoogleCloud). Want to work with a team of technologists where you will be actively encouraged to constantly learn, share knowledge and develop your skills within a technology driven environment?

Technology start-up that provide white labelled ticketing platforms to the likes of Amazon is seeking a skilled Backend Developer. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new products and the enhancement of existing services; you'll be working on B2C eCommerce websites and API development for white labelled products with a focus on backend development using Python. There are several technical challenges to tackle including migrating to a services based architecture (microservices), moving infrastructure to GoogleCloud and simplifying the system to allow for scalability.

The tech stack is based on Python and Go with some legacy Objective-C.

Requirements:

*Strong backend development experience with Python, C or Objective-C (or Golang, keen to learn)

*Good database and SQL knowledge

*Experience of a microservices architecture

*Passion for technology with a strong interest in modern / emerging technologies and approaches

*Strong analysis and problem solving abilities

*Excellent communication skills

*Desirable: Google Cloud, experience with highly scalable low latency applications
