Junior Programmer - AWS/Cloud - £35K-£40K - Glasgow

I am working with a fast growing Business Intelligence Consultancy business based in Glasgow who is interested in taking on Junior AWS Programmers to assist the build of application software. You should be positive and hungry to learn new skills at a fast pace as progression is actively encouraged.

Role

* Extensive programming

* Managing data using SQL on different platforms (Hadoop, SPDS, Oracle)

* Use AWS efficiently to run applications and data

* Clear documentation of applications to deliver to clients regularly

* Successfully work independently and part of a team

Key skills

* Experience using AWS or at least one other major Cloud platform (GCP, Azure, Microsoft Cloud)

* Excellent SQL/SAS Certification or relevant experience using SAS solutions

* Any BI technology

* Any scripting language

* Knowledge of physical database design

* Financial services experience preferred
