A market leader in IOT enabled devices in Berlin are looking for a Scrum Master to come into the business on a contract basis. You will be trailblazing the transformation process into an agile methodology and working with the software engineering team to improve the product release cycle.

The requirements for this Scrum Master position are as follows;

* At least one years experience in a Scrum Master role in a software engineer team

* Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

* Fluent in English, German is a plus

* Knowledge of Agile processes: Kanban, FDD, TDD, XP etc
